Even a duck can drown – 6 lessons for improving employee wellness and resilience

Download the webinar materials

Resilience is the capacity to not only survive life’s challenges but to learn and grow from them, to become stronger because of such challenges. When challenges arise, people often say “just let it roll off you, like water off a duck’s back.” The problem is that ducks aren’t always waterproof … and people aren’t always resilient.

Inspired by nature and informed by the psychology of resilience, our objectives include:

  • Defining resilience and its importance in an age of uncertainty
  • Identifying the characteristics that enable you to build resilience
  • Discovering the keys to building your personal and professional resilience

This interactive session provides the opportunity to explore new ideas, connect with others, and gain actionable insights to build your resilience and help others do the same.
