What is Mobilizing Alberta?
Mobilizing Alberta aims to increase engagement on climate change in Southern Alberta and provide a foundation on which community groups and organizations can continue to build awareness and support meaningful, on-the-ground climate action.
This project is funded in part by Environment and Climate Change Canada.
UCalgary is responding to the urgent global calls for action while acknowledging, respecting and valuing Indigenous ways of knowing.

Explore what just energy transitions can look like from diverse perspectives, worldviews and Knowledge Systems. Panelists will discuss ways just energy transitions can support climate justice in Alberta and Canada, how they can influence climate policy, current challenges and solutions to implementing just energy transitions and ways one can support just energy transitions.
